CrewOn

Running a club means events in one app, members in a spreadsheet, and dues in a chat. CrewOn puts them in one place: events with instant, approval, and lottery RSVP plus QR check-in, dues and online payments through Stripe Connect with automatic reminders, a club feed with polls and chat, a sponsorship marketplace, and a public "find a club" page. The web app for organizers is built; the Expo member app is in TestFlight; public launch is coming soon.

What it does

• Clubs & members: invite links and role-based membership for organizers and members
• Events: one-off and recurring events with instant, approval, or lottery RSVP, waitlists, and in-person or QR check-in
• Dues & payments: manual dues tracking plus Stripe Connect online payments, a charge ledger, refunds, and automatic weekly reminders
• Passes & rules: passes and penalties to manage attendance and enforcement
• Community: a club feed with media, polls, reactions, comments, chat, and push notifications
• Records & club identity: club records and branding
• Sponsorship marketplace: a marketplace connecting clubs with sponsors
• Discovery: a public "find a club" page for discovering clubs
• Event recap loop: auto-drafted event recaps after each event

Tech stack

Turborepo and pnpm, with Next.js 15 (App Router) and Tailwind v4 for the web app, and an Expo SDK 56 / React Native member app on the same backend. tRPC v11 and Prisma 6 over PostgreSQL, with Auth.js v5 and zod, deployed on Vercel with Neon. Staging deploys automatically from main through gated GitHub workflows; production is manual and protected.
